EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 14.12.2022)

Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification

awarded by any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants

Commission:-

For both, Open Market candidates and Teachers employed in recognized Aided

Secondary schools and Higher Secondary Schools:

1. A Master’s Degree of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission

in the State or a Degree of equivalent standard in any one of the following subjects with not less than 50% of Marks in the Master’s Degree Examination in any one of the following subjects:-

Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany,

Zoology, Economics, Geography, History, Commerce,

Tamil and English

(Provided that a candidate possessing a Degree of M.A or M.Sc. or an equivalent degree

awarded under the grading system shall not be considered eligible for appointment

unless he has obtained the said degree with “O” or “A” or “B” Grade.)

AND

2. B.T. or B.Ed. Degree of any recognized university in the State or a degree of

equivalent standard.

AND

3. Must have studied Tamil under Part-I or Part-II of the Intermediate Or PreUniversity course Or Higher Secondary Course.

Experience:

Only for recruitment to the vacancies which are to be filled from among the Teachers

employed in recognized aided Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools having teaching

experience in a recognized School for a total period of not less than 12 years after acquiring

the degree of B.T or B.Ed or its equivalent qualifications.

Note:-

I.The educational qualifications prescribed for the post should have been obtained by

passing the required qualification in the following order of studies viz.

[10th + HSC / Diploma or its equivalent + Bachelor’s Degree + PG Degree +

B.T/B.Ed Degree]

(or)

[10th + HSC / Diploma or its equivalent + Bachelor’s Degree + B.T/B.Ed

Degree + PG Degree] as required under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016. Results of the examination should have

been declared on or before the date of notification. [Section 20(4)(iv) of the Tamil

Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016]

II. Applicants must have passed Tamil as one of the subject in Intermediate/PUC/HSC or

its equivalent. A pass in the Second Class Language Test (Full Test) in Tamil will not

be considered equivalent to the qualification in Tamil prescribe for this post. Para 10

of “Instructions to Applicants” will not apply for this recruitment]

III. Applicants claiming equivalence of qualification should upload and submit evidence

for equivalence of qualification, in the form of Government Order issued on or before

the date of this notification, and submit it along with the online application, failing

which, their application will be summarily rejected after due process. A list of

Equivalence of qualification in the related subject is available in Annexure-I to this

Notification. (Refer also to the Disclaimer annexed to this Notification). The

Government Orders regarding equivalence of qualification issued after the date of this

notification will not be accepted. [For further details regarding equivalence of

qualification refer to para. 9 of the “Instructions to Applicants”]

IV. The teacher category candidates should be working as teacher in recognized Aided

Secondary schools and Higher Secondary Schools on the date of notification and fulfil

the other conditions stipulated in the notification.

கட்டணம்: 

நிரந்தரப் பதிவுக் கட்டணம் ரூ.150, தேர்வுக் கட்டணம் ரூ.100. இதனை ஆன்லைனில் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.  நிரந்த பதிவில் பதிவு செய்து 5 ஆண்டுகள் முடிவுறாத விண்ணப்பத்தாரர்கள் பதிவுக் கட்டணம் செலுத்த வேண்டாம். கட்டணத்தை ஆன்லைன் மூலம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். சலுகை விவரங்களை அறிவிப்பை பார்த்து தெரிந்துகொள்ளவும்.
